"Delivery could’ve been smoother"
My order did show up eventually, and the sunglasses were perfectly fine once they arrived. But reading between the lines, the delivery side felt a bit unreliable, it took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t always tell me much. Not a bad experience overall, just wish the shipping had been a little more consistent...

"Still not really resolved"
I had an issue with my order and support kept replying with these vague answers, like they were helping but not actually, anyway, nothing really got sorted in the end. I had to keep chasing them over and over, which got frustrating fast.

"Poor packaging, honestly annoying"
My sunglasses showed up in this flimsy little mailer with barely any padding, which already put me in a bad mood. The box inside had a crushed corner and looked like it had been tossed around without a second thought.
The glasses weren’t completely destroyed, thankfully, but the case had marks on it and the cleaning cloth was just floating around loose in the bag. For what I paid, I really don’t have the patience for packaging that careless.
I emailed them about it and got a very basic, nothing-really-to-say reply. It’s not the end of the world, but it felt lazy from start to finish, and I wouldn’t bother ordering from them again.

I had a small question about my order, so I reached out to Mr. Sunglass. From what I remember, they replied later that same day and were helpful. I did still have to wait a little for the actual update, so it wasn’t totally seamless, but the person I spoke with was polite and answered what I asked. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience

The glasses I received just didn’t feel genuine to me. The packaging seemed a little off, and some of the details looked cheaper than I expected. I tried reaching out to support, but it felt like I kept getting passed around in a loop without a clear answer. I ended up returning them and don’t think I’d order again.

"The shipping cost caught me off guard"
I was going to order a pair from mr-sunglass.com, and I felt a little embarrassed when I got to checkout and realized the shipping cost was way higher than I expected. The sunglasses themselves seemed reasonably priced, so I thought it was going to be a simple purchase.
But once the delivery charge got added, the total just didn’t feel worth it anymore. I ended up closing the page without buying anything, and I probably won’t bother trying again unless the shipping prices change
"Usable, but be ready for slow loading"
The site is easy to figure out, so that part was fine. Just a heads up though, the pages loaded slower than I expected, which got a little annoying after a while. It works, but don’t expect the smoothest experience

"Not the glasses I ordered"
I ordered a specific style and somehow ended up with a completely different pair, which was frustrating. The color wasn’t what I picked, the size wasn’t right either, and I kept thinking maybe I missed something when I placed the order, but no, it just wasn’t what I ordered. I emailed them about it and the replies have been slow, and there still hasn’t been an easy fix, which makes the whole thing feel even more annoying. I wasn’t trying to make it complicated, I just wanted the glasses I actually chose.

"Just didn’t feel reliable"
I ordered from mr-sunglass.com because the prices seemed good, but after that I started feeling unsure about the whole thing. The website didn’t give much detail, and the lack of clear updates felt unnecessary when you’re waiting on an order.
Maybe some people have had a better experience, but I personally wouldn’t order from them again. It just didn’t feel trustworthy or dependable enough for me.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from mr-sunglass.com and ended up needing to exchange them for a different model. I don’t know why, but the whole process just felt more confusing than it should’ve been. Replies took a few days each time, and I had to follow up twice just to find out if they had even received my return. I did get the new pair eventually, but it was slow and kind of frustrating...

I got mine last week, and something feels off. Everything looks kind of hazy through the lenses, which isn’t what I expected at all. After a short time wearing them, my eyes already felt tired, so I’m disappointed

"Refund came quicker than I expected"
I ordered a pair from mr-sunglass.com, but once they arrived they just didn’t really suit me, so I decided to send them back. I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous because I hadn’t used the site before, and I wasn’t totally sure if the return process would be smooth or if I was overthinking it.
The refund actually came through faster than I expected, just a few days after they confirmed the return. Their reply did take a little longer than I would’ve liked, so it wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall it worked out fine. I’d say it was a decent experience in the end.

The tracking didn’t update right away, but after about a day it started showing info. I can’t really say how accurate it was the whole time, but it gave me enough of an idea of when my order was coming

"Started hopeful, ended really disappointed"
I was actually excited when these sunglasses arrived because they looked decent at first. But that feeling changed fast. The lenses scratched way too easily, and the frames felt flimsy and cheap every time I put them on. i went from thinking they might be a good bargain to feeling annoyed that I bought them at all.

"Promo worked, but I’m not sure it was that great"
I used a promo code for Mr. Sunglass and it did work fine, so no complaints there. I guess I just expected the discount to be a little better? Maybe I misunderstood the deal, but once shipping was added, it didn’t feel like I was saving as much as I thought I would. Still okay, just not amazing.
